Wrekinsport are pleased to welcome anyone interested in any type of cycling. So if you ride a bike for any reason and would like the company of like-minded people, Wrekinsport would like to hear from you.

Recent information dates the formation of the club to 1922. We're not quite sure what happened between then and 1943, but it seems that the club was in formation at the start of the second world war and has functioned continuously ever since. Wrekinsport  have been able to boast several national, area and World Champions at various Cycling Disciplines.

After stopping at Church Stretton on this weeks club run (after the club run regrettably broke down after an increased pace split the club in two—something that should never of happened!) Dave actually turned down the temptation of CAKE to ride off alone into the distance!
